Team members can be modified only before the registration deadline. After the deadline, team composition is locked.

Late submissions are not accepted under any circumstances. All registrations must be completed before the stated deadline.

Anveshana follows a hybrid format: Early rounds are conducted online. The final round is conducted on-site at BMSIT&M, Bengaluru.

All submitted proposals are evaluated through desktop evaluation by domain experts. This is a shortlisting round only, and no prizes are awarded at this stage. The evaluator’s decision is final.

The top 200 proposals from Round 1 are shortlisted for the Virtual Presentation Round.

Shortlisted teams present their idea online to a panel of experts. Teams must ensure stable internet connectivity and reliable devices, as technical issues may affect evaluation.

From Round 2, the top 50 teams are shortlisted for the on-campus Grand Finale.

The Grand Finale will be held on 28 March 2026 at the BMSIT&M campus, Bengaluru.

The final day includes: Mandatory registration before 9:00 AM, Inauguration ceremony, Parallel prototype evaluations, Public exhibition of prototypes, Valedictory & prize distribution, and High-Tea session.

Teams that fail to register on time or report for evaluation on the final day will be disqualified.

All official updates, shortlisting information, and instructions will be shared through Unstop platform and Registered email IDs.
